Kripalu Yoga is designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels, and interests. Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Guidance is offered through posture options, the use of props and verbal, energetic or hands on assists. You are encouraged to rest as often as needed, ask questions as they come up, and most importantly, fall, laugh, smile, and begin again. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.
