Frequently Asked Questions

Wear comfortable clothing, such as sweatpants, athletic shorts, leggings, t-shirts or other active wear.  Please leave your shoes in our cubbies in the reception area before you enter the yoga studio.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, there are studio mats available free of charge. A towel and water bottle may be useful.

There are cubbies for personal belongings in the yoga room.

It is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before class.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first class to fill out a new member consent form.

The answer to this question will vary from person to person. If you choose to attend yoga, please let the teacher know about any health issues, injuries or pregnancy before class. If you are pregnant, or if you have a serious injury, please consult your physician before beginning yoga.

This package is designed to encourage new students to familiarize themselves with the variety of classes and teachers at our studio.

In the spirit of the practice of yoga, no contract is necessary.
